1. Refund within 12 hours: You can request a refund within 12 hours of ordering. Please contact us soon if you cancel for full refund.
2. After 12 hours: Orders older than 12 hours will not receive a full refund. The package has often already been sent to customs. No full refund possible.
3. Partial refund after deadline: After 12 hours max 50% of your order amount can be refunded. This is due to the cost of recovering the package from customs.
4. No refund after shipment: If package is shipped and you have tracking number, no refund possible.
5. Insurance & customs problems: All packages are insured. If customs detains your package and does not release it, you will get full refund.
6. Wrong address or delivery problems: If package cannot be delivered due to wrong address or customer error, customer has to pay new shipping cost by himself.
