1. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery time is usually 7-15 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Tracking updates only come online after 1-2 days.

3. Cancellations or address changes can ONLY be made if order has not yet shipped. After shipment NO refunds or address changes possible!!!

4. Countries that we can ship with DDP (Delivery duty paid) Method, it doesn’t request you do customs clearance and no duties for you.

• USA –  UPS Express (except Alaska and Hawaii)
• UK –  Local DPD Express
• Europe – UPS Express/ DPD Express/ DHL Express
